私たちが収集するもの
アカウント情報： ご登録の際、お客様のメールアドレスと、お客様が任意で提供されたプロフィール情報を収集します。
食品データ： 食事内容、説明、写真、推定カロリー/マクロ栄養素などを記録します。これがCapyの核となる機能です。
使用状況データ: アプリの利用状況（使用した機能、発生したエラーなど）をお知らせいただくことで、アプリの改善に役立てることができます。
ヘルスケアアプリのデータ： 同期を明示的に有効にした場合のみ、同期が行われます。iOSのApple HealthおよびAndroidのHealth Connectを通じて、お客様のご要望に応じてカロリー、マクロ栄養素、ワークアウトデータを読み書きします。
お客様のデータの利用方法
- →食品の説明からカロリーとマクロ栄養素の推定値を提供する
- →Apple HealthまたはHealth Connectと同期するため（有効にした場合のみ）
- →AIモデルの改善のため（匿名化されたデータのみ）
- →重要なアプリのアップデート情報をお送りするため（マーケティングスパムではありません）

あなたの権利
アクセスとエクスポート: 食事内容、体重測定結果、目標はアプリ上でいつでも確認できます。お客様に関するすべてのデータのコピーをご希望の場合は、fathin@nightcoders.idまでメールでお問い合わせください。30日以内にお送りいたします。
削除： In Capy Food Journal, open Settings and select Delete Account, then confirm. This immediately revokes your sessions and disables sign-in, but does not erase your stored profile or journal data. To request deletion of all your personal data, or specific data without closing your account, follow the email instructions below.
修正： プロフィールに登録されている個人情報を更新または修正してください。

Data retention
Capy Food Journal retains your account information, profile, meals, meal photos, weigh-ins, goals, and other journal data while you use the service. Cancelling a subscription, uninstalling the app, or disabling health sync does not delete data already stored by Capy.
After you select Delete Account, your stored profile and journal data remain retained indefinitely unless you request their erasure by email. We complete verified personal-data deletion requests within 30 days.
How to request data deletion
You can request deletion without installing or signing in to the app. Email fathin@nightcoders.id with the subject “Capy data deletion request”. Send the request from the email address associated with your account and tell us whether to delete all personal data or only specific records, such as meal photos. If your account has no email address or you can no longer access it, contact us at the same address for help identifying your account. Never send your password.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. Once verified, we erase the requested account/profile information, meals and photos, weigh-ins, goals, and other personal journal data within 30 days, and confirm completion by email. Data held in Apple Health or Health Connect is managed separately; use those services to remove their copies.
